Scroll down to configure your brand, pick modular building blocks (zesMenu, ZesOrder, ZesLabel, and more), and create your admin account.
Prefer a pictured walkthrough first? Open the Initial System Setup Guide (also linked from the homepage and Copilot → Help & FAQ → Initialize your system).
QR links scale internationally with URL parameters like ?art= and ?ExpireDate= — staff data stays in the link without cluttering the customer view on their phone.

Upload your store logo (PNG/SVG). You can change it anytime in Admin → Branding.

Step 3 · Building blocks
Your complete toolkit
Every workspace includes the full platform — all current and future tools. Choose which apps appear on your home screen now; add or remove anytime in Admin.
All modules stay included in your subscription. Uncheck apps you do not need on the home screen yet — they remain available when you are ready.
Step 4 · Admin account
Primary administrator
This account controls admin access and cannot be demoted or removed.
Secure checkout via Stripe activates your workspace subscription at $199/month. A hidden ZES support account is provisioned automatically for authorized operators.
Step 5 · Go live
Activate your workspace
Your site will be ready at your workspace address.
Hover an app to see what it does. Your selection can be changed anytime in Admin.
