Initial System Setup Guide

Step 1 · Purchase

Choose the workspace subscription

ZES-QRE is one monthly plan that unlocks every module — POS, Storage, QR Labels, Shipping, HR, Budget, and more.

  • $199 USD / month — billed securely via Stripe
  • Cancel anytime from your billing portal after activation
  • Sandbox/operator accounts may skip payment when provisioned for testing

Step 2 · Open setup

Launch Business Setup

From the homepage, tap Initialize Your System, or open the Get Started button. That takes you to the scrollable setup flow.

  1. Go to the ZES-QRE homepage
  2. Click Initialize Your System (or Get Started)
  3. You land on setup.html — Welcome → Brand → Modules → Admin → Launch

Step 3 · Brand identity

Name, colors, logo, and address

Scroll to Brand. Your palette and logo apply across every module — light and dark.

  1. Enter your business name
  2. Pick a unique workspace subdomain → yourstore.zesqre.com
  3. Set Primary, Secondary, Accent, Background, and Surface colors
  4. Upload your logo (PNG/SVG) — changeable later in Admin → Branding
  5. Preview updates live on the right (phone/desktop carousel)

Step 4 · Modules

Choose home-screen apps

Every subscription includes the full toolkit. Here you only decide which tiles appear on the workspace home first.

  • Leave common floor tools on: Storage, Checkout, Orders, QR Labels
  • Uncheck tiles you will enable later in Admin
  • New platform apps appear later without re-running setup

Step 5 · Admin account

Create the primary administrator

This account owns Admin tools and cannot be demoted or deleted.

  1. Choose an admin username
  2. Set a password (min. 6 characters) and confirm it
  3. Keep these credentials safe — you will sign in at your subdomain next

Step 6 · Activate

Complete Stripe checkout

On Launch, confirm your app selection and pay with Stripe. After a successful payment the workspace is provisioned.

  1. Review the Launch summary and workspace URL
  2. Click Subscribe / Activate on the payment terminal
  3. Finish Stripe checkout in the secure form
  4. Wait for confirmation — your tenant and admin user are created

Step 7 · First sign-in

Open your store and run the guided tour

  1. Visit https://YOURSTORE.zesqre.com
  2. Sign in with the admin username and password from Step 5
  3. Optional: start the Guided setup banner (Storage → Labels → Customers → Sell → Paid)
  4. Or open Copilot (Ctrl+/) → Help & FAQ anytime

Theme defaults to Enterprise 2026 with the blue depth tint. Switch to Basic 2026 or Carton in Admin → Branding or Copilot → Preferences.

Step 8 · Hardware (optional)

Printers, scanners, and private storage

  1. Admin → Network — register each print / checkout PC
  2. Install ZES-QRE.exe and enter the 6-digit pairing code
  3. Assign printers in the Label Generator template designer
  4. For private storage: designate a Storage base PC — the agent can start a Cloudflare Tunnel automatically
