The origin
Hating the tools that were supposed to help
Sindhre spent enough days on a real warehouse floor to know the pattern by heart: one system for stock,
another for picking, another for labels, a spreadsheet that becomes the “truth,” and a constant stream of
workarounds just to finish the shift. The software did not fail because people were careless — it failed
because it was never designed for how teams actually move.
That frustration was not abstract. It was scanning the wrong place, hunting for an article number across
three screens, telling a customer “we’ll check,” and knowing the answer should have been instant.
ZES-QRE exists because that version of work is unacceptable.
The hassle of a company should not be the software. It should be the fun of solving the next real problem —
inventing what the future of the store looks like.
The floor vision
How back-of-house should feel
Sindhre pictured software that felt like a calm co-worker on the floor: clear pick queues, storage that
shows where the item lives, best-before dates that travel with the article, and handoffs that do
not break when an order moves from Create → Pick → Ship. One login. One product truth. No ritual of
re-typing the same article into five places.
That picture became the backbone of ZES-QRE — Storage, Incoming, Purchase Orders, Create Orders, Order
Picking, Shipping, Checkout, Invoices, and the rest — sharing the same article numbers, permissions, and
brand. The back of the house finally talks to itself.
The customer side
A real store should have a real digital front
The other half of the frustration was just as personal: walking into physical retail and realizing there
is no honest place online to see whether an item is in stock — or what it even is. Too many stores still
live only as an address and a hope. Customers deserve better than “call us and ask.”
So ZES-QRE bridges shelf to screen. One article number can carry QR labels, Product Studio recipes, places
on the floor, and a customer-facing page with find-in-store and buy/pickup paths. The same truth staff
trust in the back becomes the truth customers can visit. No more a store without a site that can answer
the only question that matters: do you have it?
What we believe
Make everyone work together — easily
Retail is a team sport. Pickers, receivers, cashiers, managers, suppliers, and customers should not need
a translator between tools. ZES-QRE is built so that cooperation is the default: shared data, shared
language, shared hardware bridges when you want a private storage base, and a home screen that launches
only what each person needs.
Software should disappear into the work
If the tool is the drama, we failed. The day should be about moving product, serving people, and improving the operation.
Problem-solving is the fun part
Companies should spend energy inventing tomorrow’s store — not reconciling yesterday’s exports between five SaaS logins.
One workspace, many roles
Floor, office, and customer touchpoints stay aligned because they share one ecosystem — not a collage of “best of breed” leftovers.
The product
A serious SaaS for everyday retail
ZES-QRE is the all-in-one physical-to-digital commerce workspace: QR labels, POS with refunds, inventory,
BOPIS, planogram, promos, EDI/SAP import, order picking, shipping, invoices, CRM, HR & payroll,
budgets, and customer product pages — without stitching separate vendors together. One branded
multi-tenant platform. One monthly plan. Your store address at yourstore.zesqre.com.
It is SaaS with a floor conscience: cloud login and billing when you want speed, optional private storage
via ZES-QRE.exe when you want data close to the building. Built for operators who open tomorrow morning —
and for the founder who refused to accept that “this is just how warehouse software is.”
